JORDANA COTILLETTA, CO-FOUNDER

Jordana is a New York native and events professional. She has bartended, maitre’d and eaten her way through the NYC food scene. With experience in art advisory and event planning for global facing companies, she has found a passion working with large and small client bases.

Jordana has worked with clients around the world, including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London & Davos, Switzerland. She was the former Events Director for Mattos Hospitality (estela, Altro Paradiso, Lodi & Nine Orchard Hotel) and served as the Events Director at American Express’ Centurion Lounge with Dinex Group. Currently, Jordana works as a freelance events consultant throughout New York City and beyond.

 

MICHAEL BECK, CO-FOUNDER

Michael has worked in the service industry for nearly two decades. After moving to NYC in 2010, he cut his teeth working for restauranteurs Keith McNally, Gabe Stulman, Frank Falcinelli and Danny Meyer. Michael is currently the Beverage Director at Danny Meyer’s flagship restaurant, Union Square Cafe.

As a server, maitre’d and bartender, he’s helped create cocktail lists, train staff and compile killer wine lists. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Wine from the International Wine Center. He specializes in executing profitable beverage programs for larger markets, bespoke drink lists for private clients and curating wine cellars for personal collections.
